What gift card formats are available?
We have two options: eGift Cards and Traditional Gift Cards. Digital gift cards can be purchased online here. For traditional gift cards, please contact us.
How does the recipient redeem a digital gift card?
King & Bay Digital Gift Cards can be used for any in-person purchase at our exclusive lounge in Brookfield Place, or toward Virtual Style. The recipient can show their digital gift card from a mobile device or print it out.
How quickly will the recipient receive their digital gift card?
When checking out, there are two options: ‘Send Instantly’ and ‘Send on A Future Date’ - the digital gift card will be emailed immediately on the same day of purchase (at midnight) or on the future date selected.
How can I check my King & Bay gift card balance?
To check the balance for a Digital Gift Card and/or Traditional Gift Card, please click here and then click “Check Balance” on the top right.
Are King & Bay Gift Cards reloadable?
Yes, both Digital Gift Cards and Traditional Gift Cards can be reloaded. Please click here and then click “Reload Card” on the top right.
Are there dollar limits on gift cards?
For Digital Gift Cards there is a limit of $2,000 per card, however, Traditional Gift Cards can have any dollar value. Please click here to purchase a digital gift card or for traditional gift cards, please contact us.
Do gift cards expire?
