Twilio sought to provide a high-quality, intimate experience for their valued guests, tailored to their specific needs. They approached us at King & Bay, and after initial discussions about their goals for the night, we knew exactly how to help them achieve these objectives.
With 23 guests in attendance, the event fostered personalized interactions. Twilio reps were able to have meaningful discussions and understand product feedback which was one of their aims. The evening was elevated by our exceptional food and beverage offerings. Guests indulged in 10-14 pieces of passed hors d'oeuvres and enjoyed drinks from our premium open bar, ensuring they were well-catered throughout the event.

After the initial welcome and networking session, each guest was treated to a unique experience in our private fitting rooms. They were fitted for custom dress shirts, choosing their preferred fabric and receiving precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit. This personalized touch added a layer of exclusivity and memorability to the event that Twilio could not find with other vendors.
Networking in an Opulent Setting
Our venue’s luxurious and intimate lounge provided the perfect backdrop for networking. Guests had the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, share business insights, and discuss how they are using Twilio’s communications and CDP solutions to tackle challenges in the B2C eCommerce and retail sectors. The setting was designed to foster insightful discussions, free from the distractions of more crowded environments like sporting events or restaurants.

A few weeks after the event, the tailored dress shirts were delivered. This provided a guaranteed second touchpoint for Twilio, allowing individual sales reps to pick up the shirts and re-engage with their respective clients.
