Neill's COVID Wedding Story

"My wedding was planned for June 6, 2020. Of course we all know what happened leading up to that, and we decided to move it by a year.

"At the end of the day moving our wedding date was a small inconvenience compared to what others are going through. But Michael Truong, my Master Clothier, never lost touch throughout the year, checking in now and then to see how we were doing.

"King & Bay clearly had a lot going on, from managing the business to their charitable work. But they still took the time to stay connected with us.

"When we couldn't schedule a fitting until a week or two before the actual date, Michael ensured us it would be fine and he would turn around the suits in time, and at the end of the day we were amazed with the product.

"At the same time we learned that the store my fiancé purchased her dress at wasn't willing to make the adjustments before the wedding and she was getting really worried about it.

"One text to Michael and she was scheduled to come see the King & Bay tailor in the next couple of days. They don't do dresses! But they knew we needed help, and they didn't blink before extending the offer.

"So at the end of the day the suit was awesome and the client experience is incredible, but its really the way King & Bay treated us during a difficult time that will stick out to me."

A Note From Michael, Neill's Master Clothier

"Neill and his family were very delightful and a pleasure to work with. They were open minded when it came to selecting his garment and it turned out beautifully. We chose Maroon to compliment his hair color and make the suit stand out. I can't wait to design his next outfit for work."
