Keeping Our Premium Lounge Pristine
At the core of the King & Bay business model is exclusiveness – meaning that all our client interactions are by appointment only, no foot or 'off the street' traffic enters our space.
We believe this is a huge benefit for our VIP clientele at many levels, not the least of which is the ability to control the smallest details of our environment, including cleaning and sanitation.
In these difficult times, we believe that the King & Bay lounge offers our clients an option not readily available right now – to shop for menswear or hold corporate events in a private, protected space.
The evidence of our commitment to keeping our premium lounge pristine is in the details.
Questions & Answers
What is a 'AAA' rated building?
The Building Owners and Managers Association – an organization for commercial real estate professionals – grades office buildings according to their competitive ability to attract similar types of tenants.
A building's rating depends on a variety of factors including rent, finishes, system standards and efficiency, amenities, location, and market perception.
The grading system is broken down into three distinct categories. The 'Class A designation is afforded to 'prestigious' buildings which compete for 'premier' office users – and in many markets is subdivided into sub-categories such as Prestige, AAA, AA and A.
What is the property management company doing?
Our building is managed by Oxford Properties.
Oxford Properties has implemented enhanced cleaning activities at high traffic touchpoints including common areas, elevators/escalators and washrooms*
They have also deployed increased hand sanitizing stations through the building complex.
In addition, contractor screening protocols have now been implemented at Brookfield Place, via the Security Control Centre.
Building Operations will also implement similar contractor screening procedures with vendors who work onsite daily at Brookfield Place.
